It All Started with a Passion for Tennis
Heinz Victor, a mechanical engineer and passionate tennis player, believed his club needed a simple and reliable way to keep score during tournaments. Unable to find an affordable, durable solution, he set out to create one himself. The Match Pointer was born. That was over 25 years ago - and the rest is history.
Victor Industrie Services GmbH went on to develop and produce a wide range of scoreboards and court accessories, including the popular Match Liner clay court line sweeper and the Sports Scorer multi-sport scoreboard.
Based in northern Germany, the company has always placed strong emphasis on local sourcing. Parts and materials are procured regionally, while printing, die-cutting, and assembly are carried out by trusted local contractors. This approach ensures fast production, consistent quality, and low overheads - resulting in a unique, cost-effective scoreboard solution.
Around 10 years ago, Lob Sport acquired the Victor Industrie Services product range. Lob Sport has continued the tradition of local manufacturing, high-quality materials, and the durable screen-printed finishes that have become the hallmark of these products.
Tennis Court Supplies is proud to be the official UK distribution partner for Lob Sport. Based in Henley-on-Thames, we supply wholesale accounts and individual customers through our online shop.
